`Um...very few of these are adventure-oriented. I would take the skinny-dipping to a jungle river. I could also recommend: sea kayaking to an island; canyoneering; snorkeling; exploring Mayan ruins; or just travelling in a remote part of the world, without a tour company, using local transport.
