Unconventional adventures in unique places! I love all kinds of outdoor and underground adventures. I love to travel but am decidedly not a tourist. I have an uncommon mix of hobbies - urban exploration, geocaching, orienteering, powered paragliding, caving, hiking, biking, and climbing, among others. I am very adventurous when it comes to going places, and I am always looking for more out of life.
I'm an experienced caver and have gone caving all over the US. I've found 3200 geocaches, and I fly a powered paraglider. I’ve hidden many complex puzzle geocaches.
The hobby I spend the most time on is urban exploration - I've explored tunnels and abandoned buildings all over North America and Europe. I love mysterious places and prefer to go to new places where few people have ever gone.
Pittsburgh is my favorite city, because of its complex, confusing street patterns and old row houses. The last couple times I've visited Pittsburgh, I've led the local geocachers on a "walk through seldom-visited nooks and crannies" - interesting forgotten trails, staircases, old roadways, and such, right in the middle of a big city!
I'd love to find someone else who would enjoy outdoor adventures. Mountain climbing, long hikes, caving...I'm up for anything!
