Outdoorrogue, 49

I have an adventurous spirit and love being outdoors camping, hiking, boating, gardening, and mountain biking. I must admit I�m new to mountain biking and quickly understanding the need for a helmet, especially when hitting trees head on. I grew up riding dirt bikes and would love to get back into the sport. I just haven�t found the right place to go, or the right words to convince my dad to give me one of his. I enjoy traveling and have vacationed all over the western United States, Canada and Mexico. One of my goals in life is to take a summer and backpack across Europe. Oh, and I would also love to visit Australia. I�ve always wanted to join Peace Corps, but now I'm tied to a mortgage, and more importantly a dog I could never leave behind. I am quiet at first but warm up when I get to know someone. I like to be spontaneous, but I must admit that like the 8 year-olds I teach, there is something about consistency that I value also. Curling up on the couch and watching a movie after a long or rainy day has its appeal. Sometime in the near future I hope to risk my life skydiving, repelling, and scuba diving. (Probably not all in one day though.)
